How do I change contact persons and codes in my alarm service?
In order to change contact persons and alarm codes, you need need to fill in the form ”Åtgärdsinstruktion”, or send an e-mail to kundtjanst@securitasdirect.se. You need to specify your main alarm system code.


If you want to change contact persons only, this can be done over the phone. Call us on 020-32 75 00 (from abroad: +46 13 327500). You need to specify your main alarm system code or revoking code. This can also be done on My Pages.

  • What are My Pages?

My Pages is an Internet account, free of charge, where you can manage your contact info, see your invoice history and use our additional services.

  • What’s the difference between the revoking code and the main alarm system code?

The revoking code is the code you enter when you want to revoke an alarm or call our customer service department. You must be able to state this code in order for us to give out information of your alarm system and contract.


The main alarm system code has higher authority since it can also be used to make amendments or programming of the alarm system.



  • Why does it say "Larm ej klart" (Alarm not ready) on my display?

”Alarm not ready” means that at least one alarm point can’t be connected. The reason could be for example an open door, or something moving in front of a motion detector.


  • Where can I find the OCR number on my invoice?

Our invoices don’t have OCR numbers anymore. Please note the invoice number in the notification field instead.

  • Why have I been charged an invoicing charge? How can I avoid it in the future?

    As of 1 January, 2013, we have introduced an administrative charge for customers who choose not to pay their invoices via automatic payment service.


    To avoid this charge, we recommend you to use an automatic payment service. If your invoices are automatically payed quarterly, you will receive an invoice compilation where you can see the sums and dates of your invoices.
